Note:“I hope this find you well”在信件中属于常用开头，类似中文邮件中的“一切都好吗？”比较好理解的表达是“I hope you are doing well”也可以理解成："I hope this email arrives at a time when you are well (healthy, happy, etc)”我希望这份邮件到达时你一切都好。

Well涵盖了健康、快乐等含义Be in touch = 保持联系I’m writing to...我写此信是为了，在邮件中这个句子通常放在手段最后一句表明目的You remember that I was working for that construction company a few miles outside the city? Administrator（管理员）对应的manager（经理）这两者有什么区别呢？以IT岗位为例：管理员负责日常维护和运维，是个高端一点的技术工种经理负责统筹规划，调动资源和制定计划等Pay作为名词指工资; The pay is better = 工资更高。

最后一句话对新工作进行了三维度描述：工资高，环境好，离家近同样，因为是朋友间的书信，用的是非常口语化的说法Anyway, I have to stop now because my sister is staying with me and has brought my baby nephew to meet me. She sends you lots of love and is asking when we can all meet up. Soon, I hope.。

Note:Anyway = 不管怎样；通常在准备总结时用，同样是口头化的说法I have to stop now. = 我现在不得不停下来了在跟人说话时，你必须停下来做其他事情了，这时就可以用I have to stop now.。

Nephew = 外甥/侄子Sends you lots of love这句类似中文里的“向你问好”或“送去诚挚的问候”，在英文里直译为“送给你许许多多的爱”Soon, I hope. = 很快，我希望。

这句是英语里典型的倒装，把我希望放在了后面邮件写作运用的英语通常比学术写作更加口语化甚至可以加一些语气词（比如well）想要拿高分，也有其特有的写作技巧，如语句结构，语法的多样运用，以及常用的固定表达建议大家把自己喜欢的表达方式背过。
