温故而知新！今天我要教你如何用更口语化的方式说“Yes”和“No”

Hey! Hey! Hey! 我是RJ高晓龙，欢迎来到今天的「快趣学英语」Today’s 快趣学英语 will be about a couple simple words: Yes & No. These words are so polite though. I almost think of it as formal English. If you watch English TV or movies, do you honestly often hear “Yes” and “No” when friends and family are talking? Maybe not as much as you think. 。

今天的「快趣学英语」是关于两个“简单”的单词：Yes 和 No 它们非常“绅士”我把它们归类为在“正式英语”回想一下你看英语节目或者电影时，真的有听到朋友或者家人聊天时说“Yes”和“No”吗？可能没有你想象的那么多次吧。

Did you know there are a couple similar but more casual ways to say Yes and No? We usually use these ways when we are close to someone and don’t have to worry about being polite to them, or maybe just when we just don’t care about being formal.

那么你知道其实还有一些类似，但更口语化的方式来说“Yes” 或“No” 吗？当我们和对方很要好、不需要注意对对方是否礼貌、或者根本都不用在意这么说是否正式的时候，我们会这么说：\〖 Yes / No + ah

〗These can be said alone, in one-word answers, but are also commonly followed by a sentence, when we might have more to say.

“Yes / No + ah” 可以当做一个单独的简短回答，通常在它后面还会加上一句我们想说的话Yes + ah = YeahNote: "Yeah" is also commonly used as a simple sound to convey understanding or agreement, much like the 嗯 is used in Chinese. When said two or three times in a row, it can even express a bit of impatience or frustration. 。

使用小技巧：“Yeah” 也可以作为一个简单的声音来表示理解或同意，就像中文里的“嗯”当我们连续说两三次“Yeah”时，它甚至可以用来表达我们的不耐烦或沮丧Example 1:Lana: Why dont you ever go after Pam? You two seem to get along well. 。

Example 2 (impatience/frustration):（用来表达不耐烦或者沮丧）：Connie: Wake up, its 8 oclock, you dont want to be late for class!

康妮：快醒醒，都8点了，再不起床就要迟到了！Malloy: Yeah yeah, I know I know, Im getting up!马洛伊：好啦好啦，知道了知道了，这不起来了吗！

No + ah = NahNote: Sometimes spelled “naw”使用小技巧：有时可以把它拼写为“naw”Example:Carol: I’m starting a rock band. I’m going to play guitar, and you can be the singer!

卡罗尔：我想组一个摇滚乐队我当吉他手，然后你来当主唱，怎么样！Pam: Uhh, nah, I’m not really into rock music…帕姆：呃... 还是不要吧，我不是很喜欢摇滚乐... 。

\〖 Yes / No + P 〗We usually say these alone, not in a sentence. It’s a quick one-word answer. These are considered more informal and casual than yeah or nah.

“Yes / No + P” 通常都只会单独使用，后面不会再跟着一句我们想说的话它是一个快速简短的回答这个方式比“Yeah” 和“Nah” 更口语化一些Yes + p = YepExample:Archer: You’re not really thinking of wearing that to the party are you?

阿哲：你该不会真的要穿这件衣服去参加派对吧？Lana: Yep! And you aint (aren’t) gonna stop me!拉娜：对啊！我想怎么穿就怎么穿！No + p = NopeNote: Notice it’s P.E. at the end.

使用小技巧：它的结尾是P.E.Example:Archer: And you’re going to be my date right?阿哲：你会是我的舞伴对吧？Lana: Nope. You’re crazy if you think I’m gonna go with you.

拉娜：怎么可能！你做梦吧！

\〖 Cya! 88〗There ya have it. More quick and casual English, even more popular and commonly spoken than “Yes” or “No.” So if you’re really relaxing with friends or family, and you want to speak in a way that expresses you’re comfort with someone, try using

Yeah, Yep, Nah, or Nope, and you’ll sound just like a native speaker.学会了吧！是不是觉得这么说起来比说“Yes”或“No”要更快、更口语化，甚至更酷一点！当你跟朋友或家人在一起闲聊时，为了表现出这时候你很放松，试着用“Yeah ”、“Yep”、“Nah”或者“Nope” 来回答，这样会使你的口语听起来更地道！
