招聘岗位：Service Engineer职责描述：1、Work as a technical point of contact on front team to understand customer requirements and provide demonstrations, deliver presentations, perform limited product evaluations, and deliver technical information to support the solution deliver process

2、Use your in-depth product and telecommunication industry knowledge to provide Proof of Concept (PoC) and help commercial team to validate high-risk solution

3、Map high-level business problems onto technology solutions on your own4、Serve as the Layer-2 technical point of contact for accounts and partners within their territory; manage the technical relationships with technical customer associates and partners

5、Understand and inventory customer and partner architectures, applications, and identify and help qualify new opportunities in the telecommunication industry; identify technical and business problems of our existing and prospective customers and address them through initial architectural discussion and application design

6、Develop and deliver responses to the technical inquiries of our existing and prospective customers7、Develop and deliver business-focused solutions presentations to executive-level audiences in large customer organizations

8、Technically enable our partners to make them more independent from Hirschmanns technical associates

任职要求：1、Bachelor degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering2、Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above

3、More than 5 years of enterprise support and maintenance experience in data communication network4、Independently leader the network planning and design of more than 200 nodes

5、Equipment maintenance experience of mainstream manufacturers, such as Huawei, Cisco, etc.6、Relevant certificates are preferred, such as HCIP/HCIE/CCNP/CCIE

7、Proficient in using common network analysis tools, such as Wireshark and Sniffer.Analyze the packet independently

8、Proficient in Visio or other drawing tools9、Document writing experience10、20% around travel frequency is required

11、Solid knowledge of the following areas:Must have:- Routing - Static, route maps, OSPF and BGP/MPLS/EVPN

- Quality of Service (QoS)- Firewall operationNice to have:- Strong knowledge of WAN, MAN, and VPN technologies to support the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting

- VPN Technologies - IPSEC, SSL, DMVPN, and GetVPN (Group Encrypted Transport VPN)- Firewall forwarding flow
